Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 7, 2026  •  Last Updated: June 12, 2026 (v1.1)

CoachConnect Pro is used by youth baseball teams and collects information about children. We take children's privacy seriously. Section 4 explains our practices regarding children under 13 in detail.

1. Who We Are

CoachConnect Pro ("CoachConnect Pro," "we," "us," or "our") is a youth baseball team management application operated by Coach Connect Pro, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Arkansas, located at 10 Gilley Lane, Conway, AR 72032.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website at coachconnectpro.net and our application (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information from Account Holders (Coaches and Parents)

When a coach or parent creates an account, we collect:

2.2 Information About Players (Children)

Coaches and parents enter information about players on a team. This may include:

2.3 Communications

In-app messages and chat content, including any attachments shared between coaches and parents within the Service.

2.4 Payment Information (Coaches Only)

When a coach subscribes to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Stripe provides us with limited subscription information (such as plan type, subscription status, and a customer identifier) needed to manage your account. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

2.5 Technical and Usage Information

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell personal information. We do not use children's personal information for behavioral or targeted advertising, and we do not allow third parties to do so through our Service.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This section describes how we handle the personal information of children under the age of 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and the FTC's COPPA Rule.

4.1 We Knowingly Collect Children's Information

CoachConnect Pro is designed to help coaches and parents manage youth baseball teams, and we knowingly collect personal information about players who may be under 13. Because of this, we apply COPPA protections to all player information unless we have a reasonable basis to treat a player as 13 or older.

4.2 Parental Consent Is Required

We require verifiable parental consent before a child's personal information is collected or made available through the Service.

In practice:

A parent may refuse to consent. If consent is refused or later withdrawn, we will not collect further personal information from the child and will delete the child's information as described in Section 4.6.

4.3 What We Collect About Children and Why

We collect only the information reasonably necessary for a coach and parent to manage a youth player's participation and development on a team. As described in Section 2.2, this includes the player's name, age/age group, jersey number, position, handedness, coach notes and goals, skill assessments, drill assignments and feedback, game statistics, lineup placements, and any photos or videos uploaded about the player.

We collect this information so coaches can organize the team, plan practices and lineups, and track player development, and so parents can follow their own child's schedule, assignments, and progress. We do not condition a child's participation on the collection of more information than is reasonably necessary for these activities.

4.4 We Do Not Use Children's Data for Advertising

We do not use children's personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes. We do not sell children's personal information.

4.5 How We Share Children's Information

Children's information is accessible within the Service only to the coach(es) of the player's team and to the player's own parent/guardian account. We share children's information with our service providers (described in Section 5) only as needed to operate the Service — for example, to store data and media securely. We require these providers to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us. We obtain separate parental consent before disclosing a child's personal information to any third party for a purpose other than providing the Service.

4.6 Parental Rights: Review and Deletion

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

To exercise these rights, contact us at coachconnectpro@yahoo.com. When you request deletion, we will delete the player's personal information from our active systems and storage — including the player record, assignments, skill assessments, game statistics, lineup placements, and any uploaded photos and videos — and we will confirm when this is complete. We may need to verify that you are the child's parent or guardian before acting on a request. Parents may also delete their own parent account — including their login, messages, and personal settings — at any time directly in the app via Parent View → Delete My Account.

4.7 Data Minimization and Retention for Children

We retain children's personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described above, in accordance with our written Data Retention Policy. We do not retain it indefinitely. Specific retention periods are set out in Section 6. When information is no longer needed, or upon a valid deletion request, we delete it as described in Section 6.

4.8 Teens Ages 13–16

We extend the protections in this Section 4 to players ages 13–16, consistent with the Arkansas Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act. For these players: (a) we collect the same categories of information, for the same purposes, described in Section 4.3; (b) consent may be provided by the teen's parent or guardian (our standard flow) or by the teen; (c) we do not collect or use their personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not permit others to; and (d) teens and their parents have the same rights to access, correct, and delete information described in Sections 4.6 and 8. We apply these protections to all players in this age range regardless of where they live.

5. How We Share Information / Service Providers

We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal information. We use the following trusted service providers ("processors") to operate the Service. They process information on our behalf and are contractually limited to that purpose:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of CoachConnect Pro or others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to the protections of this Policy and applicable law.

We do not collect, use, disclose, or permit others to collect personal information from children or teens for targeted advertising, and we do not display third-party advertising in the Service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We maintain a written Data Retention Policy. In summary:

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls that restrict each team's data to that team, encrypted connections, and securely managed credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. To make a request, contact us at coachconnectpro@yahoo.com. Parental rights regarding children's information are described in Section 4.6.

You can also:

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes — especially to how we handle children's information — we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders and, where required, obtain renewed parental consent. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
