By accessing or using CoachConnect Pro ("the Service," "the App"), operated by Coach Connect Pro, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
CoachConnect Pro is a software platform designed to help youth baseball coaches manage team rosters, assign development drills, track player progress, create practice plans, and communicate with parents. The Service is intended for use by coaches, team administrators, and the parents or legal guardians of players.
CoachConnect Pro is a development and communication tool only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching instruction, medical advice, or physical training supervision.

CoachConnect Pro offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Details of current pricing and plan features are available within the app.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to CoachConnect Pro, including player photos, videos, and coaching notes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your team.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.
CoachConnect Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or physical harm that may result from athletic activities described or assigned through the app. Coaches and parents are solely responsible for ensuring drills and activities are appropriate for each player's age, skill level, and physical condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Connect Pro, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward other users, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or emailing your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
